In addition to my interactive and participatory commissions I also facilitate one off creative workshops with students, children, young people and community groups. When I work with community groups and in schools, I tailor my practice to provide insight into my way of working whilst encouraging individuals to create their own artwork and find their own purpose within a project. I’m passionate about learning through creative collaboration.
In 2012 I won an award with The Big Draw for my project ‘Bringing the pages to life’ with Poynton Library in Cheshire.
In 2014 I wrote a year long Education & Craft Programme for the English Heritage property Kenwood House, London.
In 2015 I wrote a programme called ‘The Young Curator & Creator’ for Meadow Arts. The programme provides school children with the opportunity to explore Meadow Arts sited artworks and a first hand exploration into the roles of curators and artists.
